Occupational Therapy, or OT, is a holistic approach that focuses on utilizing daily meaningful tasks, called “occupations,” to help improve, develop, restore, or maintain an individual’s skills necessary to live a fulfilled and meaningful life. People of all ages can receive OT.
A child’s main occupation is play, and here at Future Forward we are committed to incorporating play in every way we can.
